Buffet package includes your choice of Boneless Chicken Breasts prepared the following ways:

Italian Herb
Sauteed Chicken Breast finished with an Italian Herb sauce.

Piccata Style
Sauteed Chicken Breast finished with Capers and Artichokes in a Lemon-Garlic sauce.

Marsala Style
Sauteed Chicken Breast finished with fresh Portabella Mushrooms in a Sweet Marsala Wine sauce.

You may add the following proteins to your chicken buffet for the attached fees:

Roasted Beef Tenderloin
$7.50 per person

Broiled Salmon
$6.50 per person

Broiled Cod
$4.50 per person

Italian Sausage with peppers and onions
$4.50 per person

Your buffet includes your choice of Pasta Marinara or Pasta Garlic and Oil----Mashed Potatoes or Roasted Red Skins--Seasonal Fresh Vegetable, Tossed Salad, and our Homemade Bread Sticks.
